1 pound beef stew meat
flour to coat meat
onion, chopped (medium)
carrots, cut in chunks
potatoes, cut in chunks
celery, diced
(whatever other veggies you want to add to the stew)
salt and pepper
can of beef broth
Flour/water mixture (to thicken for gravy)

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge stew meat in flour. Brown beef and onions in oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Add water to cover the beef. Boil/simmer for 1 to 2 hours or until beef is tender. Add broth and vegetables.

When potatoes and carrots are tender, add some canned or frozen vegetables if desired.

Thicken juice with flour/water mixture to make gravy like consistency.

Serve.
