8 - 10 chicken breasts (skinned and boned)
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. poppy seeds
2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken breasts in a greased 8 1/2 x 11 baking dish. Combine sour cream, two cans of soup and poppy seeds. Spread over chicken breasts.

Combine butter and crackers and sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with egg noodles or rice.
