8 large chicken breasts (boned and skinned)
8 slices of bacon
4 oz. package of chipped beef (Budding Corn Beef)
10 3/4 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pint sour cream
2 - 4 oz. cans of mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Wrap each chicken breast with bacon. Cover bottom of a greased 8 x 12 baking dish with chipped beef. Arrange chicken on beef layer.

Mix soup and sour cream, add mushrooms. Pour soup mixture over the chicken breasts. Bake uncovered for 3 hours. Serve over rice.
