4-6 medium pork chops
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges
2 t cornstarch
1/8 t garlic powder
2 T soy sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops. Arrange in 2 qt casserole. Drain mandarin oranges, set aside and reserve juices. Mix cornstarch with juices and add to drippings along with all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; stir until smooth and pour over over chops. Cover and bake at 325º for 45-60 minutes. Uncover and add orange segments, baking an additional 5 minutes.
