1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 tsp. canola oil
1/8 tsp salt

Filling:
1 c. ham chunked
1 sm can asparagus
8 oz shredded swiss cheese

Beat flour, milk, egg, oil and salt til blended. Heat a lightly greased 6" skillet. Remove from heat; spoon in 2 T. of batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter. Return to heat; brown on one side. Invert onto paper toweling. Repeat with remaining batter.

Fill each crepe with 2 stalks of asparagus and a sprinkle of ham and cheese. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 350º just to melt cheese. May sprinkle extra cheese on top to serve.
