Ingredients:
Ingredients:
two 3/4 to 1 lb pork tenderloins
1/4 c soy sauce
2 cloves garlic sliced
2" piece of ginger root peeled & sliced or about 1 tsp ginger
1/3 c honey
1/2 c sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a dish just large enough to hold the pork, combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Add the pork, turn once and let it marinate covered, turning several times for an hour. Drain the pork and pat dry. Spread the honey on a plate and roll the pork in it (or squirt honey over meat and rub all over with hands). I sprinkle the sesame seeds and roll the pork while spreading. Roast the pork in a roasting pan in a preheated 400º oven for 20 min or until there is no pink. Let the pork stand for 5 minutes and slice on a diagonal.
