1 lb Ground Beef
1 Medium onion (chopped)
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 16 oz pkg of frozen mixed vegetables
1 16 oz pkg of frozen tater tots
1 cup cheddar jack cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Brown the ground beef with the onions
Drain off the fat
Add the soups, milk, frozen vegetables to the ground beef and onions.
Transfer to a 9X13 baking dish
Arrange the tater tots on the top
Bake in the preheated oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes (or until the mixture is bubbly and the tater tots are brown and crispy).
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the tater tots.
Return to the dish to the oven and cook another 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is properly melted.
