1 C. chunky peanut butter (Jiff)
1 C. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. real vanilla extract
1 small pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (Nestle)

Mix and bake 325º for 9 min. Remove from oven and let set for 5 min before cooling on cookie rack.
