Brownie Layer

3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. cocoa powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 c. mini marshmallows

Topping

1 1/3 c. chocolate chips
3 T. butter
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together thoroughly. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa, add to creamed mixture. Fold in nuts. Spread in greased 11x17 pan.

Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows evenly over the top. Return to oven for 2 minutes to slightly melt. Use knife to spread evenly. Cool.
