2 Cans of artichoke hearts in water
1 Can of chicken broth
1 Medium onion
Pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan
1 Pound of thin linguini pasta (feeds 4-6)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chopped medium onion in olive oil on medium high until translucent (5 minutes). Drain and cut each artichoke heart into 6-8 pieces (not to small) (5 minutes). Add cut up artichokes to onions and sauté on medium high (5 minutes). Reduce heat to medium low simmer in chicken broth slowly; 1/3 of a can at a time (Broth should cook off by ˝; less watery than soup) (15-20 minutes). Cook pasta as desired (7 minutes is al dente); drain
Coat pasta with artichoke sauce and add grated Parmesan cheese as desired.
