1 12 oz. bottle chili sauce (Heinz)
1 14 oz. bottle ketchup
1 10 oz. bottle A-1 sauce
1 10 oz. bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle Major Grey’s chutney
Tabasco or hot pepper sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and add the hot sauce according to taste. It takes more than you think – if the chutney comes with large chunks of the mango in it chop these into smaller pieces.
This much will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator.

Note: it seems that the chili sauce is getting hotter yearly so taste before adding any hot sauce.

This is a Louisville, KY specialty and this is THE original recipe.

Delicious served with beef!
