6-8 Tilapia Filets (defrosted if frozen)
1 Container Of Frenches Fried Onions
tsp. of Lemon Pepper
tsp. seasoning salt
1 c. White Rice
1 Bundle Green Onions
Soy Sauce
Olive Oil
Butter
Pepper & Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Take a container of frenches onions put in a zip lock bag. Sip it and crunch up onions. Set your oven to 375. Rub olive oil and seasoning on each of the tilapias then put into a zip lock bag with onions. Mix them up in a bag for a few minutes. Start your rice. Spray your baking pan. Place your tilapia in a pan and dump remaining onions on top of fish.
Bake for 35-45 minutes.
Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

I came up with this delicious fish dish, while trying to find something healthy my picky little girls would eat. Its simple, favorable, and less fattening than your everyday frozen fish stick. Enjoyable for the whole family!
