1-2 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
2-3 Jalapeņos, Chopped
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 c. Mayo
1/2 c. Cilantro, chopped
Seasoning salt
Onion Buns
Pepper jack cheese, Sliced
2 tbsp. Lime Juice
Red Bell Peppers, Chopped
-Optional-
Pickles, Lettuce, Red Onion.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix your mayo, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl & put it back in the refrigerator.
Take your ground beef and in a mixing , mush in garlic, jalapeņos, and red bell peppers & seasonings.
Once its blended, mold into patties and put on grill.
When your Patti is done put red onion on top then cheese to melt.
Grill your buns.
Then add your veggies and the cilantro mayo on the buns.
Enjoy!
Serves: 4-6.

My favorite part of this burger is the cilantro mayo that goes on it. Its more of a "South of the border" feel. And way tastier than the average cheese burger.
