1 Can Apple sauce
1 Box (2 bags) Regular Cummingston Dressing
3 1 lb. Farmer John Sausage
2 1 lb Spicy Farmer John Sausage
2 c. Onion, Diced
2 c. Celery, Diced
2 tbsp Garlic Salt and Pepper
3 Eggs
2 Can Chicken Broth
7 Slices of White Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausages in a large pan with the celery, onion, and all seasonings according to liking. Drain the grease once cooked. Take your large baking pan, spray with pam & preheat oven to 350. Then in a large mixing bowl put sausage, apple sauce, cummingston dressing bags, chicken broth, and three eggs in. Then take your 7 slices of bread, place in a colander and run cold water over, let drain. Mush bread with your hands, then add to other ingredients in box and mix well. Once mixed put in the sprayed baking pan evenly. Then cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour, Remove foil 15-20 minutes baking time is complete. Let cool.

This was a family recipe from Canada that I put my own special touch to. Its great for large gatherings and the left over's can be frozen to use for another occasion. Enjoy!
