Ingredients:

2lbs ground beef (browned and drained)
1 packet taco seasoning (I use 1 Plus 1/2 packets)
1 packet Ranch dressing seasoning (dry)
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 cans kidney Beans (rinsed and drained)
2 cans Fiesta corn (1 drained, 1 Not drained)
Fritos
Shredded Mexican cheese
Sour cream
Optional:
1 can of Black Beans (rinsed and drained) - to replace 1 can of Kidney Beans
1 can Southwest Corn to replace the drained can of Fiesta Corn

Directions:
Directions:
I put Fritos in the bottom of a bowl- then put the soup on top
I put cheese and sour cream on top.

Ready to eat!
