Sauce:
1 c. Apricot Preserves
1 1/2 tbsp. Grated Ginger
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar

Wontons:
6 oz. Crab Meat, Drained
4 oz. Cream Cheese, Room Temp
1/4 Red Bellpepper, Finely Minced
2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Minced
1 Scallion, Minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-16 oz pkg Round Wonton Skin's

Directions:

Sauce:
Mix all together and heat over low flame to melt preserves.

Wontons:
Combine all in a bowl assemble wonton's on cookie sheet's & freeze.
Fry in oil when frozen.
