8 Lb. Ground Beef
2 Large Cans Crushed Tomatoes
2 Large Cans Hearty Cut Tomatoes
2 Large Cans Tomato Sauce
2 Large Cans Tomato Paste
2 Very Large White onions, diced
6 Pkgs. Chili Seasoning
1/2 Can Chipolatas, Chopped
Roasted Garlic
Chili powder
Sugar
8 Cans Chili Beans
4 Cans Kidney Beans, 2 Red, 2 Light
Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and fresh cilantro.

I use a 18 quart roaster.
Brown beef with onions, drain. Add the 6 packages chili seasoning, stir. Add all tomato products, cook until heated thru. Add chili beans, kidney bean and chipolatas. Heat thru. Next add approximately 2 T. roasted garlic, 1/4 cup sugar.
Simmer for 3 hours correct seasoning as it simmers with chili powder etc.
