30-40 large mushrooms
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 can white crab meat (feel it carefully and remove shells)
1 cup bread crumbs
2 shallots, chopped, cooked in butter
couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup finely grated Swiss cheese or Italian cheese blend
2 T. chopped parsley (optional)
1 cup cream or milk
salt and pepper to taste
ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stem and hollow out mushrooms, placing them on a cookie sheet with edges. Brown sausage, place in a large bowl. Cook shallots in butter (1-2 T). Mix in with sausage. Drain the crab and add to the sausage. Add the rest of the ingredients except red pepper. Mix well, adding more milk or bread crumbs as needed to make the mixture stick together. Using a spoon or melon baller, stuff mushrooms. Sprinkle the top with red pepper if you like them spicier. Brown in the oven at 375º for 10-15 minutes.
