1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter milk
21/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
1tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Grate 21/2 c. zucchini and set aside.
Cream brown sugar,white sugar,butter and oil together. Add 3 eggs,vanilla,butter milk,salt,cocoa,cinnamon,baking soda and mix well. Add grated zucchini and pour in 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 c. chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake at 325º for about 45 min. Frost with a fudge type frosting.
