2 - 1 lb 14 oz Frozen Hash Browns
1 16 oz Sour Cream
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c. Melted Butter
1 Bunch of Chopped Green Onion
2 c. Grated Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Parmesan Cheese

Preheat Oven to 350º

Thaw potatoes slightly for easier mixing. Mix all ingredients well, reserving Parmesan cheese. Use a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spray with cooking spray and fill with mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake covered for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
