1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup salad oil
3 unbeaten egg yolks
1/4 cup water plus 2 tbsp
1 tsp vanilla
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream tarter

Directions:

Step 1: Measure and sift into large bowl: 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt

Step 2: Make a well and add in order: 1/4 cup salad oil, 3 unbeaten egg yolks, 1/4 cup water plus 2 tbsp, 1 tsp vanilla

Step 3: Beat egg whites and 1/4 tsp cream tarter until very stiff peaks (do not under beat)

Fold together and bake in ungreased pan 325º fro 35 minutes.
