3/4 lb ground beef
3/4 lb bulk pork sausage
1 med onion chopped
1 garlic clove minced
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp water
2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tubes buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, sausage and add onion and garlic. Cook till tender
Add parsley, water, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Mix well
Heat through
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
On a floured surface pat 10 biscuits into 4 in circles.
Top each with 1/2 cup meat mixture
Pat remaining biscuits into 5 inch circles and place over filling.
Seal edges with water press edges together with a fork dipped in flour.
Pierce top
Place on ungreased baking sheet
Bake 375º
12 - 14 minutes or until golden brown
