1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup mashed bananas (about 2 med)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/4 cup frozen concentrated apple juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well
Chill slightly
drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet
Bake at 375º
8 minutes
