unbaked 9 inch pie shell
2 eggs
16 oz can solid pack pumpkin
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (OR 12 oz can evaporated milk with 3/4 cup sugar)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425º

Beat eggs lightly in large bowl, stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º, bake for 35 to 50 minutes longer until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
