Directions:
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and light. (If you have a stand mixer, let them beat while you are preparing the other ingredients). Melt butter and 4 oz chocolate in microwave 1 min, stir 30 seconds and repeat if needed. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add melted chocolate mixture and flour to the eggs and stir together until well blended. Pour into 9x13 pan, bake at 325º for 20 to 22 minutes. It will be moist and may not appear done, do not overcook. Cool completely.

Frosting: Mix butter, milk, confectioners sugar, peppermint flavoring and food coloring. Spread over completely cooled brownie.

Topping: Melt 2 squares unsweetened chocolate with 4 Tbsp butter in microwave 1 min on high, stir. Heat 30 seconds and stir to completely melt the chocolate. Gently pour over frosting tipping each way to cover. Let cool/harden before cutting brownies.
