1 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
2 cups raw pecans (may substitute walnuts or cashews)
2 T.sugar (optional)
3 T. ground Flaxmeal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 Kosher salt
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 T. Earth Balance Spread or coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, process oats until smooth and add to mixing bowl. Process nuts until finely chopped: add to oats and blend. Add other ingredients and mix until well blended. Press into pie shell and add filling for pie and bake according to directions for filling. Shield the crust with foil if it starts to darken too much during last minutes of baking.
