1 pkg powdered pectin
1/2 c. water
additional water to equal 1 c.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix package of powdered pectin in 1/2 c. water and boil for 1 minute. Pour into liquid measuring cup and add enough water to make 1 c. total. Use as directed for recipe needing liquid pectin.
