4 boneless pork chops
salt/pepper
3 tsp olive oil (or less)
1 pkg white mushrooms
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 lb asparagus, ends trimmed
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. Marsala wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season pork chops on both sides with salt/pepper.
2. In 12" nonstick skillet, heat 2 tsp oil over medium heat for 1 minute. Add chops and cook for 6 minutes, until browned on both sides. Transfer to plate.
3. Turn heat back on for the skillet, heat mushrooms and onions for 5 min until mushrooms browned.
4. Place asparagus in glass pan with 2 T water. Cover and cook in microwave for 3- 3 1/2 minutes until fork tender.
5. Add broth and wine to mushroom mixture; cook for 2 minutes. Place chops on 4 dinner plates topping with mushroom-wine sauce. Serve with rice or potatoes.
