1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce
1/4 c. each or choose: diced green pepper, sliced green onions, chopped pitted ripe olives (black)

Preheat oven to 350º. In small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and Italian seasoning; spread in bottom of 8x8 baking dish. Spread half of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan over top of cream cheese. Evenly spread pizza sauce over cheeses. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake 15-20 minutes, until bubbly. Top with chosen toppings (or none).
Serve with toasted baguette slices or dry bread sticks.

Baguettes: 24 slices of French bread 1/4" thick spread with olive oil. Baked 10-12 minutes @ 375 degrees.y
