1 box Cinnamon Toast Crunch (or Cinnamon Crispix)
2 bags dried cinnamon apple chips (in the produce section)
9 oz cashews
6 oz salted peanuts
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar. Add all ingredients to bowl except apple chips. Pour onto cookie sheet with sides, scrape butter from bowl. Bake @ 250º for 1 hour, stirring several times to brown evenly. Add apple chips for the last 15 minutes; watch them carefully, they scorch easily.
Dump lightly browned mixture on wax paper and let cool. Enjoy!
