1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp parsley flakes
2 tsp onion flakes
1 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey breast
3/4 c frozen peas
1 c (8 oz can) sliced carrots, rinsed and drained
1 (7.5 oz) refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits

Preheat oven to 375º. Spray 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray. In a large skillet, combine chicken soup, sour cream, parsley flakes, and onion flakes. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture is hot and bubbly. Add turkey, peas, and carrots. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Separate biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces. Lay pieces on top of mixture. Lightly spray the biscuits with nonstick spray. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until top of biscuits are golden brown. Place dish on rack to cool for 5 minutes.
