1 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey (breast)
2 T bacon bits
3.4 c. peeled, diced fresh tomato
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp basil, dried
1 (7.5 oz) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Preheat oven to 375º. In a 8x8 baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray, layer turkey, bacon bits, and tomato. In a medium bowl, combine mayo, cheddar cheese, and basil. Evenly spread mixture over tomato layer. Separate biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces. Sprinkle biscuit pieces over top evenly. Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Let set 5 minutes on cooling rack. Cut into 6 servings.
