2 lbs Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
1 lb Shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups Mayo
1 16 oz Sour Cream
1 lg.Onion diced very small
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp Paprika
3 Tbsp Butter or margarine
1 cup Panko bread crumbs or crushed Ritz

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350º
Mix all ingredients in a very large bowl
use a 9 X 13 glass dish and generously butter it or use non-stick spray
put well mixed ingredients in 9 X 13 dish
sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top
Bake for 45 minutes covered
In a medium size fry pan melt butter, add bread crumbs or Ritz and mix until slightly browned. Remove cover and sprinkle crumb mixture over top of potatoes and bake additional 15 minutes.
