1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
2 T. chopped green onion
2 T. margarine
2/3 cup cooked shrimp
1 pkg crab (6 0z.)
1/2 cup half & half
2 pkg. cream cheese (6 0z. each)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 T. chopped green onion

Crepes:
2/3 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 T. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for crepes and pour a small amount in bottom of fry pan or use a crepe maker which is much easier. Cover and set aside your crepes. Cook and stir mushrooms and 2 T. onion in margarine until tender. Stir in seafood, 1/2 & 1/2 and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Spoon into crepes and roll up. Place them in a 9 X 12 baking dish and sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Microwave on high until cheese melts, 4-6 minutes, sprinkle with onions.

I usually pop them in the oven at 300 degrees for a few minutes to melt the cheese instead of microwaving.
