2 C SUGAR
1/2 C WATER

Directions:
Directions:
WHITES OF 2 EGGS BEATEN STIFF AND 2 C OF SUGAR IN A SAUCE PAN WITH 1/2 C OF WATER BOILED TILL YOU CAN MAKE SUGAR BUBBLE. THEN POUR OVER BEATEN EGG WHITES AND BEAT FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL IT IS THICK AND CREAMY. FLAVOR TO TASTE AND SPREAD THICKLY ON CAKES.
(DO NOT USE ALUMINUM TO MIX THIS IN AS IT BLACKENS THE BATTER.)
