1/2 C orange marmalade
2 T light corn syrup
2 T brown sugar
2 C diced fresh pineapple (1/2 medium pineapple)
1/4 C orange liqueur

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marmalade, corn syrup, and brown sugar in chafing dish; stir in pineapple till warm. Heat orange liqueur in ladle; flame and pour over pineapple mixture. Serve over ice cream.
