1 1/2 C SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 C MASHED BANANAS
1/2 C SOUR MILK
1 TSP VANILLA
2 C FLOUR
1/4 TSP SALT
1 TSP SODA
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 C CHOPPED DATES
1/2 C NUTS

Directions:
CREAM THE FAT AND SUGAR. ADD THE EGGS AND BEAT 1 MINUTE. ADD THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS. POUR INTO A SHALLOW PAN FITTED WITH WAXED PAPER. BAKE 30 MINUTES IN A MODERATE OVEN. COOL AND SERVE IN SQUARES TOPPED WITH WHIPPED CREAM.
