Ingredients:

1/2 large onion
1/2 rib celery
1/2 stick butter
1/2 bell pepper
1 1/2 garlic cloves
(All above chopped fine.)

Chopped 4 1/2 dozen oysters, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 1/2 T. worchestershire sauce

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. green onion tops

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery, butter, bell pepper and garlic.
Add to mixture the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Toast 1/4 loaf of French bread. Crumble and add to mixture.
Beat egg in milk. Add to mixture. Add in parsley and green onion tops.
