2 C crushed vanilla wafers (44 wafers)
1/4 C finely chopped walnuts
6 T butter melted
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/4 C frozen lime juice concentrate, thawed
1 egg white
1 C dairy sour cream
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wafer crumbs and nuts. Stir in the melted butter. Place 12 paper cups in 2 1/2 in muffin pans. Press crumb mixture into cups, covering sides and bottom. In mixer bowl combine sugar, lime juice concentrate and egg white. Beat at medium speed of mixer 7 minutes or till soft peaks form (tips curl over). Carefully fold in sour cream. Spoon into prepared cups. Freeze. Let stand at room temp. 15 minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream.
