8 T butter
1 C boiling water
1 C all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 C miniature marshmallows
1/4 C granulated sugar
1 C sour cream
1 quart fresh strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in boiling water. Add flour and salt; stir vigorously. Cook and stir till mixture forms a ball that does not separate. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition till smooth. Drop by heaping tablespoons 3 inches apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake in 450º oven 15 minutes, then in 325º oven 25 minutes. Cool; split and remove webbing. Combine marshmallows, sugar, and sour cream. Chill, covered, 2 hours. Meanwhile, wash and hull strawberries. Crush 2 cubs of the berries; slice remaining. Fold all berries into cream mixture. Spoon 1/4 C filling into each puff. Spoon a tablespoon filling atop.
