2 T granulated sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 C orange juice
2 T water
Orange section (2 or 3 medium oranges)
6 sponge cakes
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cornstarch; add orange juice and water. Cook till clear and thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly. For each serving, arrange orange sections on top of sponge cake. Top with whipped cream.
