Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Country-style pork ribs, approx. 3 - 4 pounds
1/2 cup water
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can water (tomato paste can)
1 onion, chopped
1/2 t. salt
2 t. pepper
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put ribs in roaster. Salt and pepper them. Add 1/2 cup water or so in pan. Cover and roast about 2 hours at 350 degrees.

In a sauce pan, mix and cook sauce: dice tomatoes, tomato paste and water, onion, salt, pepper, garlic salt, brown sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil and simmer about 1 hour.

Drain juice or grease off ribs. Pour sauce over ribs and continue roasting covered for another 2 hours. Every half hour, spoon juice over ribs. If ribs aren't browning, take cover off.

If in the last half hour some of the ribs don't look covered enough with sauce, add prepared BBQ sauce you have on hand.
