1 C butter, softened
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 T milk
1 T granulated sugar
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 1/2 C all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 12 oz blueberry filling
Sifted powdered sugar

Directions:

Cream together butter, cream cheese, milk, and sugar. Add beaten egg yolk. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. add to creamed mixture and blend well. Refrigerate dough till thoroughly chilled; 4-5 hours or overnight. Roll out on well floured board to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutter into 2 inch rounds. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and make depression with spoon in center of each mound. Fill centers with tsp. of blueberry filling. Bake in 400º oven 15 minutes or till lightly browned. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar before serving.
