3 c. self rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 can light beer (room temp)
2 T. light margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing until just moistened. Pour batter into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan, coated with nonstick cooking spray and dusted with flour. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Serve warm.
