1/2 LB MARSHMALLOWS
1/2 PT HEAVY CREAM, WHIPPED
1/2 C HOT COFFEE

Directions:
Directions:
CUT THE MARSHMALLOW INTO SMALL PIECES, PUT INTO THE UPPER CART OF THE DOUBLE BOILER, AND DISSOLVE OVER HOT WATER. ADD THE HOT COFFEE, STIR AND LET COOL, THEN FOLD IN THE WHIPPED CREAM. PILE IN SHERBET GLASSED AND LET STAND IN THE COOLER FOR SEVERAL HOURS. SERVE TOPPED WITH A ROSETTE OF WHIPPED CREAM AND GARNISH WITH A RUBYETTES OR CHERRIES. SERVES 6
