1 C EGG WHITES (ABOUT 8 EGGS)
1/4 TSP SALT
1 TSP CREAM OF TARTAR
1 1/4 C SUGAR
1/2 TSP EXTRACT
1 C FLOUR

Directions:
Directions:
BEAT EGG WHITES AND SALT TOGETHER UNTIL FOAMY. ADD CREAM OF TARTAR UNTIL WHITES POINT. ADD EXTRACT AND THEN SIFT IN THE FLOUR AND BLEND THOROUGHLY. POUR INTO AN UN GREASED TUBE PAN AND CUT THRU MIXTURE WITH KNIFE TO BREAK ANY AIR BUBBLES. COOK IN SLOW OVEN OF 320º FOR 1 HR.
