4 TBSP BUTTER
1/2 C SOUR CREAM
2 TBSP COLD WATER
2 1/2 C GRAHAM FLOUR
1/4 TSP SODA
1/2 TSP SALT
1 1/2 C FLOUR

Directions:
1 C SUGAR, 4 TBSP BUTTER, 1/2 C SOUR CREAM, 2 TBSP COLD WATER MIX STIFF WITH 2 1/2 C GRAHAM FLOUR, 1/4 TSP SODA, 1/2 TSP SALT, 1 1/2 C FLOUR. ROLL THIN. CUT IN SQUARES AND BAKE 15 MINUTES AT 350º. KEEP IN DRY PLACE.
