1 1/2 C SCALDED MILK
3/4 C CORN MEAL
2 TBSP SUGAR
1 TSP SALT
1 TBSP BUTTER
3 EGG YOLKS
3 EGG WHITES

Directions:
Directions:
SCALD 1 1/2 C MILK, ADD 3/4 C CORN MEAL. COOK UNTIL IT THICKENS. TAKE FROM FIRE ADD 2 TBSP SUGAR, 1 TSP SALT, 1 TBSP BUTTER. ADD 3 EGG YOLKS, FOLD IN WHITES. BAKE 25 TO 30 MIN IN MODERATE OVEN
