6 eggs, separated
2 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 cups flour
¼ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. Cream together egg yellows, butter, and sugar. Add sour cream and lemon extract. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients. Combine with sugar mixture. Beat egg whites ‘til they peak. Fold into batter. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Do not open oven during baking
