6 to 8 pork chops
4 c bread, cubed
3 tbls diced onion
1/2 c diced celery
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c melted butter
2 eggs
milk or water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread, onion, celery, salt and pepper. Add beaten eggs melted butter. Add enough hot milk to moisten thoroughly. Lay 3 to 4 pork chops in greased baking dish. Put stuffing over chops. Lay the rest of the pork chops on top. Season meat as desired. Bake in a moderate oven (350° F) for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is done.
